Advocacy Program

AFG Young Leaders have launched an advocacy program for Afghan women aimed at empowering and supporting them in their fight for gender equality and human rights. The program includes education and training, advocacy and lobbying, and community engagement. Through education and training, Afghan women will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to become effective advocates for their own rights. The advocacy and lobbying component will focus on raising awareness about issues affecting Afghan women and engaging with policymakers, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to push for policy changes and legislation that promote gender equality and protect women's rights. The community engagement component seeks to promote inclusivity and gender equality by organizing community events, workshops, and outreach programs. Overall, the program aims to promote gender equality, protect women's rights, and empower Afghan women to overcome the many challenges they face.
